Burt's Hero's journey
This paper is about "The Worlds fastest Indian", hero's journey. Its about this guy named Burt Monroe and his motorcycle the "indian". Burts story starts with the separation, wen he leaves New Zealand and his little friend and his girlfriendand go race his indian in the u.s. Well his calling comes when he gets sick and by that he wants to really see what his bike can do, atleast be for he dies. The threshold takes place when his attacks become more intense. Burts decent happens when he really does it and goes to USA and his story begins in california.
Burts initation happens when he starts to make friends and helps them out in any way they can. Thats how slowly he gets accepted by his friends in the us. Well burts abyss is that he doesn't know if his going to complete his dream before he dies. Some of burts mentors, I think would be the Indian, the salvadorian (salesman)and most of all Tina. His transformation starts when he relizes that he reached his goal, he completed his dream, he passed over 200mph in the indian. So he reaches it and is satisfied with the outcome. Then burt becomes more "wiser" or just more crazyer with his next dreams.
I mean a guy like burt to come all this way with a dream and finally make it thats an amazing feeling. Later burt returns to new zealand and see's all his friends. He's very happy with what his done and tells evryone that he did it. Cause no one thought he could do it. The creation of burt comes after hes done his achieves his dream before he died. So he kept on returing to the U.S and setting new dream and new speeds for himself,Making his bike faster and better every year.
This Burts Monroe and his journey threw his dreams and how he completed his dreams. Well I Give pra'ops to the old man, because not many people stick with there goal that long. Threw the years , everyone telling him that he can't do it. He has amazing will power, like they say, thats the stuff dreams are made of.
