This paper is about a man named Chuck Noland. Chuck works for the fed-ex mailing company. Chucks journey starts when he is going to make a mail delivery.
The separation is when Chuck Noland leaves his wife to go make a delivery. The calling is his job because thats the reason he leaves. The threshold is when Chuck gets on the airplane because thats when he decides to leave. The descent is when he gets stuck on the island. I think Chuck was lucky that he survived the plane crash, unfortuanaly he got stranded on an island where he was more likely to die.
The initiation is when Chuck makes Wilson. The abyss is the island because its in the middle of no where and its surrounded by nothing but water. The mentor is Wilson. Wilson kept Chuck company while stuck on the island. The transformation is when Chuck adapts to the island. For example, he learned how to fish and make fire.
The return is when chuck goes back home. He was found by a ship in the middle of the ocean. When Chuck went home, he found out his wife had another boyfriend and a kid with that person. I think the creation is when Chuck gets back with his wife and returns to his normal life.
I thought Chuck wasn't going to survive when he was stuck on the island. Their was no food or good water, and there were a lot of rain storms. Chuck became adapted to the island and thats how he survived. Chuck built a boat out of tree and managed to get off the island. Even though Chuck lost his friends on the plane crash and Wilson, he completed a heroe's journey.
