Chuck Noland experienced an unexpectable journey. Who would've thought that his career and ambition to deliver packages would result in a struggle for survival. It's an incredible journey he would overcome.

The separation is the begining of anyones journey. Having to make the decision of whether to leave or not and if it will turn out for the better in the end. Chuck made that decision when he decided that he would get on that airplane to deliver those packages. His calling was obvious and the desire to improve how fast the packages could be delivered through air would make him put his first step on that airplane.

No one likes stepping into the abyss, not knowing what might happen and not knowing what type of obstecles will interfere with accomplishing your goal. Chuck had no idea that getting on that airplane and leaving his wife would be the last time he would see human civilization for years. The unexpected plane crash, making him land on the island would be one of the major obstecles that he would have to overcome. Finding the package with the ball in which he would name Wilson is an important "mentor" in his life at the time. Wilson is important because he is his only friend on the island;he "encourages" him to keep striving for survival. his transformation is remarkable in my opinion because he landed on the island and had to start his life over. He wasn't specialized or skilled in outdoor survival; it would be impossible for him to survive without the use of everyday utilities. He transformed himself to appreciate life more.

Everyones journey must come to an end. Chucks journey would end when he would get rescued by the ship. Finally his struggle for survival would come to an end. His return home was amazing, he was surrouneded by human by people who cared about him and missed him. He was surrounded by human civilization in which he longed for. His return home meant a new begining and a new life. This journey created a new Chuck. A Chuck that believed that he could accomplish his goals and that an obstecle would not stop him from reaching his destiny. it made him appreciate life.
As you can see Chucks journey was incredible; his endurance and goal for survival became a reality. He didn't let the obstecles interfere with him reaching his destiny of returning home to his beloved wife. All you can do from your journey is learn from it.
